433bet Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

By accessing, registering for, or using any service available on the platform 433bet (available at 433bet.best), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the Terms and Conditions described herein. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please do not use the platform.

This document constitutes a legally binding contract between you, the user, and 433bet. By creating an account, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into contracts and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

433bet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via registered email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To create and use an account on 433bet, users must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age completed as of the registration date.
• Be a resident of Brazil or hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not be registered in any active self-exclusion system for gambling in Brazil.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of a 433bet employee.

433bet verifies users' age during the registration process and may request supporting documents at any time. Accounts opened with false information or by anyone under 18 will be closed immediately, with balances withheld in accordance with our anti-fraud policy.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 433bet platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 433bet is not liable for use that violates local legislation.

Each user may hold one account only on 433bet. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity — regardless of device, IP address, or information used — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved, with balances held pending investigation.

When creating your account, you will need to provide:

• Full name as it appears on your official government-issued ID.
• Valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) issued by the Receita Federal.
• Date of birth.
• An active email address for your exclusive use.
• Brazilian mobile number with area code (DDD).
• Personal password — we recommend using a strong password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 433bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access, lock your account through the dashboard or contact support immediately at suporte@433bet.best.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing account access, selling, or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited. 433bet may request additional identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including submission of a government-issued ID and proof of address.

433bet accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in Brazilian reais (R$):

• Pix — instant transfers, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Compatible with Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and any financial institution with a registered Pix key.
• Boleto bancário — credited within 1 business day after payment.
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) — instant processing, subject to issuer approval.
• Debit card (Visa, Mastercard) — instant processing.
• PicPay — instant processing.
• Mercado Pago — instant processing.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value transactions may be subject to additional security checks. 433bet does not charge fees on deposits — any transaction costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the user's financial institution.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Using third-party cards or bank accounts to deposit on 433bet is strictly prohibited. Deposits made through unauthorized methods may be reversed and the account suspended for investigation.

433bet applies anti-money laundering measures in compliance with Brazilian law. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

Withdrawals at 433bet are processed exclusively via Pix, directly to the Pix key registered under the account holder's name. Winnings from sports betting or casino games become available for withdrawal after the official settlement of the wagered events.

Processing time:

• Pix withdrawal: within 1 hour of the request, provided the account is verified and the withdrawal is approved by the compliance team.
• Withdrawals processed during scheduled system maintenance may take up to 4 hours.
• The first withdrawal from an account always goes through full identity verification (KYC), which may extend the approval time by up to 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. The Pix key used for withdrawals must be registered under the same CPF as the 433bet account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

433bet does not charge fees on withdrawals. 433bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving high-value withdrawals or in cases of suspicious account activity. Withdrawals related to bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements described in the Bonuses and Promotions section.

433bet runs promotions on a regular basis. The specific terms of each promotion are published on the respective offer page. In the event of any conflict between the general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus (100% up to BRL 500.00):

• Valid for the first deposit on a new account only.
• The bonus is 100% of the deposited amount, up to a maximum of BRL 500.00.
• Wagering requirement: 5x (five times) the bonus amount received.
• Minimum odds per selection: 1.50 on single or accumulator bets.
• Canceled bets, void bets, and bets on excluded markets do not count toward the rollover.
• Time to complete the rollover: 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Bonuses not completed within the deadline will be canceled with no credit to your balance.

Weekly Cashback (up to 20%):

• Calculated based on net losses for the week (Sunday to Saturday).
• Credited automatically every Monday by 12:00 PM.
• 3x rollover on the cashback amount with minimum odds of 1.40.
• Cannot be combined with other active bonuses in the same week.

433bet reserves the right to cancel any bonus in cases of abuse, bet manipulation, duplicate accounts, or violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.

Betting at 433bet covers football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, state championships, and international competitions), basketball (NBB), volleyball Superliga, MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. The following rules apply to all bets:

• The minimum bet per ticket is R$ 1.00. The maximum stake per bet varies depending on the market and available liquidity.
• Once confirmed by the user, the bet cannot be canceled, except in cases of proven technical error on the part of the platform.
• Bets are settled based on the official result published by the competition's governing body (CBF, NBA Brasil, etc.). Provisional results, team statements, or unofficial sources are not considered for settlement purposes.
• In the event of postponed or canceled match, bets remain valid if the match takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time. Otherwise, the wagered amount is returned in full to the user's balance.
• In the event of suspended match with less than 90 minutes played (or the regular period of the sport in question), bets on the final result will be voided. Markets already settled before the suspension remain valid.
• Bets placed on matches affected by match-fixing will be investigated and may be voided, with balances held during the investigation period.
• 433bet reserves the right to limit or refuse bets at any time, particularly in cases of suspicious activity or bets that exceed the platform's exposure limits.

For live (in-play) betting, odds are updated in real time and may be temporarily suspended during key moments of the game. 433bet is not responsible for bets that could not be placed during periods of market suspension.

433bet offers live casino games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker), slots from licensed providers, and crash games (such as Aviator and JetX). The following conditions apply to all casino games:

• Casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent laboratories, ensuring the randomness and fairness of all results.
• The Live Casino is streamed in real time by 433bet's partner providers. The rules for each live game follow the respective provider's regulations, available within the game interface.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot is available in the game's information sheet. The average RTP across slots available on 433bet is above 95%.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game (disconnection, system error), bets in progress may be voided and the amounts returned to the user's balance. 433bet is not responsible for connection failures on the user's end.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tool that automates casino game betting is strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in automated activity will be closed.

Bonuses earned through Sports Betting may be used on casino games unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Some casino games may be excluded from the bonus rollover — check the conditions of each offer before using bonuses on casino games.

433bet believes betting should be a form of entertainment — never a financial obligation or a source of emotional stress. That's why we provide all users with the following self-control tools:

• Deposit limit: set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly amounts. Once the limit is reached, new deposits are automatically blocked until the period resets.
• Loss limit: set how much you are willing to lose in each period. Once the limit is reached, new bets will be blocked.
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days with a single click.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account. This action is irreversible.
• Reality check: notifications about your total session time to help you stay aware of your platform usage.

433bet prohibits registration and use of the platform by anyone under 18. If underage use is suspected, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

You can request account closure at any time by contacting support at suporte@433bet.best. Available balances (not tied to an active rollover) will be returned via Pix after identity verification.

433bet reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Using third-party cards or bank accounts.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or bet manipulation activity.
• Use of automation software, bots, or prohibited tools.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward the support team.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, 433bet may withhold the account balance for as long as necessary for the investigation. The user will be notified of the reason for the closure, except in cases where such notification could compromise an ongoing investigation.

433bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from the user's betting decisions. Sports Betting and casino games involve real financial risk, and by creating an account and placing bets, the user acknowledges and accepts that risk.

433bet does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime, 433bet is not liable for unregistered bets or missed opportunities during the outage.

433bet is not responsible for issues arising from the user's internet connection, personal device problems, or mobile network instability that may affect access to the platform during live events.

Tips and analysis published on the platform are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee any outcome. 433bet is not liable for losses resulting from using this content as the sole basis for betting decisions.

433bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email with at least 7 days' notice. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document.

Continued use of the 433bet platform after updated Terms and Conditions take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the new terms come into force.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, in particular:

• General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018)
• Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990)
• Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law 12.965/2014)
• Fixed-odds betting regulation in Brazil (Law 14.790/2023)

For disputes not resolved through support, the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby designated as the sole jurisdiction for settling any controversy arising from this contract, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
